- I know it's premature to speculate but my money is on a domestic rather than foreign terrorist. I say so because a more professional foreigner would have caused more deaths and injuries. This has the look of some lone domestic.

- Judge not, and you will not be judged. John Edwards seems like a pretty decent guy to me. I can fault some of his behavior without denying the good things about him. His daughter can see him with the eyes of love and that's all that really counts.

- A confusion about what science can know and predict. Italian court system is pretty messed up. Superstition and ignorance, combined with judicial power that is pretty much unchecked gives this result.

- The officers acted correctly in both instances, the armed nude lady and the menacing nude teen who took LSD. But not only did the officers act correctly, they also ridded this world of two malfeasants without requiring us to house them and feed them in some correctional facility.
